Author Guidelines
Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to AMYRA: Academic Journal of Muamalah, Youth Education, and Religious Affairs are required to follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth review and publication process.
Manuscript Scope
The journal accepts original research articles, review articles, and conceptual papers related to Muamalah, Youth Education, and Religious Affairs. Submitted manuscripts must fall within the journal’s focus and scope.
Originality
Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication in any other journal or publisher. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and avoiding plagiarism or duplicate publication.
Language
Manuscripts must be written in clear and academically appropriate English. Authors are encouraged to ensure proper grammar and language quality before submission.
Manuscript Format
Manuscripts should be prepared using the journal's official article template. The manuscript should include the title, author information, abstract, keywords, introduction, research methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgements (if applicable), and references.
References
Authors are encouraged to use recent and relevant scholarly references. References should primarily come from peer-reviewed journals, books, and other credible academic sources. Citation and bibliography must follow the citation style required by the journal.
Submission Process
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal's Online Journal System (OJS). Submissions sent by email or other means will not be processed.
Peer Review
Every submitted manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer-review process conducted by at least two independent reviewers. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' recommendations before a final editorial decision is made.
Publication Ethics
Authors must comply with the journal's Publication Ethics. Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate submission, citation manipulation, or other unethical publishing practices will result in rejection or retraction of the manuscript.
Copyright
Authors retain responsibility for the originality of their work and agree to the journal's copyright and licensing policies upon acceptance for publication.
Article Processing Charge (APC)
The Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts is IDR 200,000. The APC is charged only after the manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication. No submission fee is charged.
Correspondence
All correspondence regarding manuscript submission, review, revision, and publication will be conducted through the journal's OJS platform and the registered email address of the corresponding author.
Authors are expected to carefully read and comply with these guidelines before submitting their manuscripts. Failure to follow the journal's requirements may result in delays during the review process or rejection of the manuscript.
